Pay Range: $19-$21 per hour (+$3 more per hour as a shift differential= $22-$24 per hour)

As a member of our Warehouse Team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence while ensuring accurate, timely receiving, picking, and shipping of materials. This role is essential to keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid mathematical aptitude for counting, weighing, and verifying materials
• Ability to build rapport with internal teams and external customers
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Clear communication skills in English

What You'll Do:
• Work 3rd shift hours, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Unload trucks and receive merchandise, matching shipments to purchase orders
• Prepare and verify bills of lading and shipping documentation
• Pick, pack, and load customer orders for delivery
• Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse based on workflow needs
• Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies to leadership
• Conduct daily inventory counts and report any variances
• Trace lost shipments and assist with proof of delivery documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and shrink wrap machines
• Drive a stake body truck within company property as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

What You'll Bring:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least one year of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience preferred but not required

Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Requires visual, hearing, and verbal communication abilities
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and warehouse conditions
