Salary: $45,000 per year plus monetary incentives for meeting sales goals.

 

Availability: Position requires availability for 1st and 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
• Create detailed event proposals.
• Supervise and participate in the setup, service, and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Manage lead and motivate staff.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events or reservations.
• Provide customer service to campground guests. 
• Ensure events and park follow all health and safety regulations.
• Manage campground staff and park operations. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to meet driving standards. 
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test including THC
• Knowledge of bartending and liquor laws. 
• SERV Safe Manager Certification. (May be obtained after employment .)
