Pemberton Real Estate, Minnesota's #1 independent brokerage, is hiring a full-time assistant to support Bridger Hopkins and the Bridge Out Ahead Real Estate team, our highest-producing team in Northern Minnesota. You'll keep a high-volume business running smoothly, from the calendar and listings to the Bridge Out Ahead Podcast and social media, so Bridger can focus on clients and building the business, not just running it. You'll also get an inside look at how a top producer actually operates.
No real estate license required. If you’re organized, sharp on the phone, and like being the person who makes things happen, we want to talk to you.
Compensation: $60,000+ annual salary for the right person, based on experience
Compensation:$60,000+ salary DOE
Responsibilities:▪ Manage the calendar, showing schedules, and appointments
▪ Be the friendly, responsive first point of contact for clients and vendors
▪ Prepare listings for market: coordinate photographers, stagers, cleaners, and vendors, and keep sellers updated on prep
▪ Keep the CRM organized and up to date
▪ Set appointments and make follow-up calls to past clients and sphere
▪ Help plan client events and open house logistics
▪ Manage Bridger’s marketing: listing campaigns, flyers, email, and print
▪ Run Bridger’s podcast: book guests, coordinate recordings, manage editing, and publish episodes
▪ Manage the podcast and social content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) pipeline with our video editor and keep a consistent posting calendar
Qualifications:- Available evenings and weekends
Required
Prior job history is critical
Highly organized and detail-oriented; nothing falls through the cracks
Confident and warm on the phone and over text
Tech-comfortable (CRM, Google Workspace, Canva, social scheduling tools)
Proactive: you spot the problem before anyone asks
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Preferred
Experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or law
Podcast, video, or content creation experience
Knows the Grand Rapids and Itasca County area, or excited to learn it
Flexible with evening and weekend availability during busy seasons
