We are seeking a dependable CDL Driver / Material Handler to support our shipping, receiving, and delivery operations.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a combination of driving, material handling, and hands-on shop work. We offer a team-oriented environment, opportunities for advancement, and the potential to grow into a leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a Combilift forklift to safely move and stage materials throughout the facility.Load and unload aluminum extrusions and other materials up to 24 feet and longer from trailers and curtain-side trucks.Drive a curtain-side truck to perform local deliveries and pickups throughout the Portland and Vancouver metro areas.Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments.Prepare outgoing orders by palletizing, bundling, packaging, and staging products for shipment.Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.Assist with CNC machine operation and assembly projects when needed.Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations.Required QualificationsValid CDL (required).Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.Experience operating forklifts, preferably with long or oversized materials.Experience loading, unloading, and securing freight.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dependable, punctual, and motivated to learn.Associate BenefitsWhile working for Express, our associates can also become eligible for a variety of benefits:Referral bonusesMedical planDental planVision/eyewear planPrescription drug reimbursementShort-term disabilityDirect depositSick Pay401(k) retirement savings planLife insurance
