Originating Branch Manager
Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a nationally recognized mortgage lender known for its innovative products and strong culture of customer care, in the search for an Originating Branch Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed, production-focused leader to oversee branch operations while continuing to originate loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending, team leadership, and relationship development with Realtors, builders, and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations while personally originating residential loans
- Recruit, train, and motivate Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) to achieve production goals
- Build and maintain referral relationships to drive new business
- Ensure quality control and compliance with company and investor guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer experience from application through closing
Qualifications:
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required
- In-depth knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other lending programs
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities
