In this role, you’ll help prospective students explore career-focused education and guide them through the admissions process. Responsibilities Make and receive calls with prospective students Schedule and conduct interviews and campus tours Explain CHCP programs, outcomes, and student services Assist students with entrance assessments and Financial Aid introductions Evaluate student readiness based on career goals Follow admissions guidelines and compliance standards Participate in recruitment events such as open houses and orientations Track enrollment goals and provide accurate forecasts Maintain follow-up with applicants and new students Complete required training and become a registered Admissions Representative Skills Friendly, energetic, and people-focused Organized, goal-driven, and ethical Comfortable using MS Office and related systems Qualifications 0–1 year of admissions, recruiting, or sales experience Passion for helping others achieve career goals CHCP is a Top Workplace—8 years in a row.
