Clinical Pharmacist Specialist: Patient Care & Education

Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to coordinate all aspects of patients' pharmaceutical needs in patient care areas. Duties include medication order approval, distribution, and assurance of appropriate therapy for diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, is a Registered Pharmacist, and has the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
