You bring 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, retail sales, or a related commercial role Comfort using everyday business tools like Microsoft Office, with exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce or SAP a plus) A desire to learn how to sell technical or solution‑based products, even if you’re still building that experience Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage customers by phone and email Curiosity, resilience, and motivation to learn the full sales process from lead engagement to long‑term relationships A high school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary education or sales training is a plus, but not required) The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm‑firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job‑related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $56,000-$70,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
