Sus responsabilidades como To Go Specialist incluirán, entre otras: Dar la bienvenida a los clientes y saludarlos a todos con una sonrisa Sugerir venta de bebidas, aperitivos, y postres Tomar con precisión los pedidos de alimentos y bebidas e ingresarlos correctamente en el sistema POS Empacar en el envase adecuado los pedidos de alimentos y bebidas preparados para garantizar que los pedidos estén completos y el cliente los pueda transportar de manera segura Llevar/entregar los pedidos a los clientes dentro y fuera del restaurante para que los recojan en el área indicada y gestionen las transacciones Agradecer a los clientes e invitarlos a regresar Seguir todas las normas de seguridad alimentaria Qué se necesita para tener éxito (requisitos físicos del trabajo) Debe cumplir con la edad mínima requerida y estar autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos Habilidad para doblarse, alcanzar, agacharse y cargar hasta 30 libras de manera segura Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante un turno de 8 a 12 horas Habilidad para trabajar en equipo con atención a los detalles y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas Las demandas físicas descritas anteriormente son representativas de aquellas que deben cumplir los empleados para realizar con éxito este trabajo.
