As part of Catholic Health, the campus is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care that improves outcomes and strengthens the communities it serves.Job DetailsOur Nursing Assistants will:Function under the supervision of the licensed Registered Nurse and provides basic nursing care to ensure the safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and protection of our patients.Be able to recognize, obtain, document, and report data to appropriate staff.Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to meet the needs of patients and optimize patient outcomes and satisfactionAdvocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.What you'll bring:Passion for Patient CarePrior or recent Nursing Assistant experience preferredEducation: High School Diploma or GED requiredCertification: Nursing Assistant Certification & Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are requiredIn lieu of Nursing Assistant certification, will accept prior/recent nursing assistant experience OR completion of one year of a formal RN programPosted Salary RangeUSD $24.87 - USD $32.33 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
