Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required, NIHSS preferred Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Experience in Ortho/Neuro nursing Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg. The expected shift is from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role involves caring for patients with a variety of conditions. The unit consists of 34 beds with a patient ratio of 1 to 5. Candidates should have experience with stroke, neuro issues, post-operative back surgeries, and hip fractures. Teamwork and effective communication are essential in this role. The dress code requires navy blue scrubs. Nose rings are not allowed as part of the attire. Candidates may be required to float to other areas as necessary.
