Compensation:

• $95,000 to $115,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
• Competitive annual director bonus plan (starts at $6K MINIMUM bonus earning potential)
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

What we look for:

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• At least 2-3 years of treating as an outpatient PT
• Desire to grow and build their team
