What You'll Do As an In-Home RN/LPN, you'll participate in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled nursing services while providing teaching and nursing visits that help ensure the highest quality of care. Responsibilities include: Performs client visits as needed with authorization by the Division of Senior and Disability Services, as well as reassessment visits for In-Home Services and Advanced Personal Care (APC) clients. Weekly medication setup Monthly diabetic nail care General health evaluations Skin assessments Nursing assessments What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible PRN schedule Pay: $26-$31 per hour , based on experience Qualifications Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience within the last three (3) years Six (6) months of experience with Medicaid In-Home Services nursing preferred Geriatric nursing experience is helpful Why Haven?
