Starting at $20.50 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00AM–4:00 PM

About the Position

Brighter Days Health is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Adult Day Treatment (DTA) program serving adults with developmental disabilities.

This is a dedicated management position and is not counted as part of the direct-care staffing ratio. The Program Manager will play an important role in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring quality services, and helping our program continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the DTA program
• Supervise, support, and provide direction to direct-care staff and team leads
• Create and manage staff schedules, coverage, and time-off requests
• Ensure appropriate staffing and smooth daily operations
• Monitor member safety, well-being, and quality of care
• Maintain accurate program documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with DDD requirements, company policies, and applicable standards
• Communicate professionally with families, guardians, case managers, and other service providers
• Assist with new member inquiries, tours, and intake/enrollment processes
• Address and resolve staff, member, and family concerns
• Coordinate daily activities, community outings, and special events
• Assist with transportation coordination when needed
• Support staff training and onboarding
• Identify operational issues and work toward effective solutions
• Help maintain a positive, respectful, and professional workplace
• Support continued growth and improvement of program services

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• DTA, group home, behavioral health, or similar human-services experience preferred
• Knowledge of Arizona DDD services and requirements is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
• Must be able to successfully meet applicable background and fingerprint clearance requirements
