Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

Location: Remote, PST

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be $36.00 - 36.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, 3 months
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Summary:

• Manage the end-to-end hardware lifecycle, tracking assets across platforms such as WASP, NetSuite, and Nlyte
• Perform line-by-line research to reconcile assets, including serial number and MAC ID verification
• Maintain and update Google Sheets/Excel workbooks using advanced formulas for data comparison
• Generate monthly and ad-hoc financial reports for the Fixed Assets Accounting team
• Conduct historical financial research to support quarterly/yearly audits
• Utilize Jira to track requests, manage dashboards, and support procurement workflow integration
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners on asset placement and status updates

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas and data visualization
• Strong understanding of Fixed Asset Management principles and lifecycle stages
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects while collaborating within a team
• Experience with Jira and enterprise tools such as NetSuite, Coupa, WASP, or Nlyte (preferred)
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure and hardware components (preferred)
