Home Health Physical TherapistLocation: Medford, OR and Surrounding AreasAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)Job Description: The Home Health Physical Therapist will provide care to patients in their homes, focusing on rehabilitation and mobility improvement.
