Data Specialist

Salary: $70,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience or education in data analytics is preferred, but not required.
• You should bring analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to work well in a team.
• You should be able to manage business and technical requirements analysis, process modeling or mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
• We value strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• You should be detail-oriented, organized, accountable, ethical, and able to work with honesty and integrity.
• A positive, team-based attitude is important.
• You should have a basic understanding of financial functions.
• One to two years of related experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.

• We manage and resolve basic database transactions and records, especially for our Breeder and Hatchery departments.
• We maintain and monitor flock and transaction records for breeder farms, flocks, and houses.
• We receive, review, enter, and validate breeder egg production and inventory data.
• We communicate and coordinate with colleagues in the office and across departments, particularly with the breeder team.
• We interpret data, develop recommendations, and track goals related to breeder flocks.
• We create reports and internal processes to assess efficiency.
• We assist with month-end and year-end activities, including audits.
• We work together to identify process improvements and support automation.
