As your skills and confidence grow, you'll gradually take on more responsibility and become an increasingly valuable member of the installation team.What You'll DoAssist HVAC Lead Installers with the installation and replacement of residential heating and cooling systems.Help transport, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.Learn proper HVAC installation techniques by working alongside experienced installers.Follow all company safety procedures when working with electrical components, refrigerants, tools, and heavy equipment.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each installation.Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment organized and properly maintained.Learn how HVAC systems operate and develop basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Accurately document materials used and jobsite information when required.Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.Participate in ongoing training and take advantage of opportunities to develop your HVAC skills.Take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, coachable, and ready to learn a skilled trade.You'll be a strong fit if you have:A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.A willingness to learn from experienced HVAC professionals.Mechanical aptitude and an interest in how things work.The ability to work with hand and power tools.A positive attitude and willingness to take direction.The ability to work in physically demanding environments.Comfort working indoors and outdoors and in varying temperatures.A commitment to following safety procedures.The ability to work effectively as part of a team.Professional communication skills and a respectful attitude when working in customers' homes.Previous HVAC experience is a plus, but it is not required.
