Role Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care across all ages-caring for families from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Effectively manage chronic ailments, provide preventive care, and address acute health concerns with a patient-first mindset.
- Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment plans that speak to the unique needs of your patients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with care coordinators, behavioral health teams, and specialists to assure holistic care for all individuals.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and service excellence.
- Efficiently use electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise and up-to-date patient documentation.
- Offer both in-person and virtual consultations, catering to patient preferences and needs.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Possession of or eligibility for an active Arkansas medical license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills with a focus on preventive care.
- Familiarity and comfort with value-based healthcare models and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to connect with diverse patient populations.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in EMR systems and telemedicine platforms.
