You'll represent 3MG in the field with a polished, professional approach while building your product knowledge and sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.Schedule and run appointments with homeowners and deliver a professional sales presentation.Perform roof and property inspections (comfortable on roofs).Communicate clearly to educate customers on the roofing process and solutions.Manage customer relationships and maintain a strong client base.Develop strong knowledge of roofing products, services, and basic insurance/retail workflows.QualificationsReliable transportation and a valid driver's license (capable of transporting a ladder).Comfortable getting on roofs and working outdoors.Available to work full-time (40 hours/week).Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a coachable mindset.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary plus commissions.$70,000-$125,000 per year on average; top earners exceed $150,000++.Paid training.Medical/Dental/Vision insurance.Lucrative commission structure.LocationReport to the Stuart office as needed and work primarily in the SW Florida area.
