CT Technologist - Part Time

Role Overview: Performs computerized imaging procedures, monitors equipment, and assists patients and physicians as needed. Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment such as CT, x-ray, nuclear medicine, and radiation therapy devices. Provide physical and psychological support to patients, accommodating screening and limitations. Ensure proper use and maintenance of imaging technology. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's in Radiologic Technology preferred. Knowledge of computer software and troubleshooting skills. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Licensure/certification in radiologic technology, nuclear medicine, or radiation therapy, including ARRT or NMTCB registration. Within one year of hire, obtain additional certifications such as ARRT (CT) if not already certified. Experience Less than one year in computerized imaging or recent graduate of a CT certification program required. Preferred: one year of radiology, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, or MRI experience, or one year of CT imaging experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr The VIOS Clinic
