Strategic Employee Relations Partner

Sun Life U.S. is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to provide day-to-day support to the Employee Relations team, monitoring intake channels, handling routine inquiries, coordinating documentation and logistics, and supporting leave and accommodation processes. You will help triage matters and ensure timely, confidential handling in collaboration with HRBPs, Legal, and leaders.
