Location Address: W156N5530 Pilgrim Road Ste B, Menomonee Falls WI 53051 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications. Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services. Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs, budgets, and preferences. Follow up consistently with prospects and lead opportunities. Conduct insurance reviews with prospective and current customers. Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives. Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. Qualifications Competitive and goal-oriented mindset. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-starter who takes ownership of their results. Coachable and open to feedback. Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations. Professional, positive attitude. Work Environment In-office position located in Menomonee Falls, WI Full-time schedule (Monday - Friday) Hybrid work opportunities may be available in the future based on performance, production, and demonstrated success.
