Parts Administrator

Role: Parts Administrator Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday Salary: Between £34,000 - £36,000 pa DOE We’re looking for an organised and proactive Parts Administrator to join a busy aftermarket team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring the right parts are ordered, processed, and delivered on time. What You’ll Do Process parts orders accurately and efficiently Support engineers, depots, and customers with parts requirements Manage stock control across vans, workshops, and contracts Assist with parts identification, returns, and warranty claims Provide excellent customer service across phone and email Help maximise parts availability and first‑time fix rates Support day‑to‑day operations within the parts team What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication and customer service ability High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and build product knowledge Team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
