We have two well-regarded hotels in La Conner, Washington – the La Conner Inn, and also the La Conner Channel Lodge. These are our platforms for success ...to strut our stuff and smother our guests with kindness. It's a tough job, and we get to do it. Did you know that those of us who work in hospitality actually live longer? It may not be proven, but we do like to believe it! Who doesn't love being where people are happy to be!?!

In all seriousness though, at both boutique hotels we embrace our guests with a spirit of welcome and enthusiasm. We recognize that our guests have a choice, and we continuously work to exceed the expectations they arrive with. If we’ve done our jobs right, they will leave the hotel with memories of a positive experience, and with a desire to return again. It's really not that hard ...we just pay attention to their needs, and we try to stay one step ahead of them all the time.

So, where do you start?:

As a Hotel Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing that warm welcome and making their stay as comfortable as possible. This role requires a blend of customer service excellence and the ability to handle various administrative tasks. You will participate in and help foster a positive and friendly environment and (whenever feasible and appropriate,) have some fun too!

Requirements:

Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process.
Assist guests during check-out and efficiently handle any billing inquiries.
Address and resolve guests' needs and complaints with a positive, professional attitude.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain clear and effective communication with all hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Support the reservations process by managing bookings and providing accurate information.
