Job Description :
We are seeking an and detail-oriented Car Detailer to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our exclusive inventory of luxury and exotic cars. You will specialize in paint corrections and other advanced detailing services to ensure our vehicles meet the highest standards of excellence. Your work will be essential in preparing cars for display and delivery to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform high-quality detailing on a variety of exotic and luxury vehicles, focusing on exterior and interior cleaning, polishing, and conditioning.
• Specialize in paint correction , using advanced techniques to restore and enhance the finish of vehicles.
• Apply premium-grade detailing products with care and precision to achieve superior results.
• Inspect vehicles to assess their condition and determine the necessary detailing treatments.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure vehicles are showroom-ready and meet the dealership’s standards of excellence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns about detailing services.
• Assist in Showroom management. Daily oversee of vehicles in showroom making sure they are optimal retail ready condition.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a car detailer, with a strong focus on paint correction (mandatory). WE DO NOT OFFER TRAINING.
• Expertise in the use of various detailing tools, products, and techniques.
• Familiarity with exotic, luxury, and high-performance vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier results.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic, committed to the team mentality.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working with exotic or luxury cars.
• Knowledge of advanced detailing techniques, including ceramic coatings, paint protection films, and other specialized services.
