About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Capital Markets to lead a transformative phase in its lending business. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the strategic multi-year funding roadmap, with a focus on aligning institutional investor demand with credit risk, origination types, and liquidity targets. This role demands a distinguished leader with a proven track record in consumer structured finance, investment banking, or fintech capital markets, and a deep understanding of credit risk. The VP will be tasked with driving the AI-enabled capital allocation engine, building an improved data and analytics foundation, and formulating and expanding product capabilities. Cross-functional engagement and the ability to lead a high-performing, results-oriented team are essential. Applicants for the Vice President, Capital Markets position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of senior experience in a relevant field, with at least 3-5 years' in a leadership role. The role requires a candidate with an owner mindset, capable of managing outcomes and tying capital markets to long-term enterprise value creation. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required, with a preference for an MBA, CFA, or advanced degree. The ideal candidate will be a transparent communicator, a people and culture leader, and will have a strong background in managing programmatic ABS platforms, negotiating funding facilities, and navigating complex liquidity environments.
