Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Technologist to join our healthcare team in Nevada. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laboratory procedures and demonstrate expertise in diagnostic testing, quality control, and laboratory safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform and interpret complex laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, immunology, and clinical chemistry.- Ensure accuracy and precision in sample analysis and report results in a timely manner.- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.- Adhere to established laboratory protocols and safety guidelines.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.

Qualifications:

- Certification as a Medical Technologist through ASCP, AMT, or an equivalent credentialing body.- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
