What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving skills. A team player who takes pride in their work. Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism. Manage appointments, phone calls, and client communications. Coordinate therapists, treatment rooms, and daily scheduling. Help maintain a smooth flow throughout the spa. Prepare treatment rooms and keep supplies organized and stocked. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Support overall spa operations to ensure an exceptional client experience. Preferred Experience Hospitality. Healthcare or medical offices. Salons or spas. Hotels. Customer service roles.
