Social Worker - LMSW Profession: Social Worker Specialty: Social Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Must be licensed in California Certifications: BLS certified Must-Have: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC certificationFull license (not an associate level)Graduation date from master's program must be at least 2 years prior Description:Candidates must have a master's degree.Candidates must hold a full license and cannot be at an associate level such as LSW, AMFT, or LPC.The shift is not flexible.The unit operates with a day shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.There is a team consisting of 1 RN and 6 outpatient therapists.The patient ratio allows for 5 groups a day with 10 patients per group.The unit uses Meditech for electronic medical records.Typical job responsibilities include facilitating psychotherapy and skills groups.Candidates will document group activities in Meditech.Psychosocial assessments are to be conducted.Treatment plans are to be updated regularly.Participation in the treatment team is required.Discharge planning and safety assessments are necessary as needed.Dress code is business casual; no jeans are permitted.The unit values a collaborative work environment and offers opportunities for professional growth.Candidates with knowledge of CBT and DBT skills are preferred.Experience running psychotherapy or skills groups is highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
