The role involves providing therapy services in the home environment. The candidate will cover various territories in the designated area. Experience in home health is preferred. Candidates must have a valid state license prior to starting. Charting experience with HomeCare HomeBase is preferred, but not mandatory. This position does not require any travel experience. We seek individuals with a commitment to patient care and rehabilitation. Flexibility and adaptability are vital in this role. Interdisciplinary team collaboration is encouraged.
