Job Details Full‑time opportunity with a 37.5‑hour work week 2026-2027 academic year assignment (August through May/June) Serving students from PreK through 12th grade Caseload may include services across 1‑5 school sites Clinical Fellowship (CF‑SLP) candidates encouraged to apply Responsibilities include direct therapy services, evaluations, consultation, and case management Guaranteed paid hours covering direct services, documentation, planning, and administrative responsibilities Fully on‑site, school‑based position Reasonable, well‑supported caseloads Ongoing collaboration and support from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team Competitive hourly compensation of $55‑$65+ (≈$2,062‑$2,437+ per week) Responsibilities Providing therapy services to students Conducting assessments Developing IEP plans Evaluating progress Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents) Performing documentation, planning, and administrative duties as mandated Qualifications Master's or PhD in Speech‑Language Pathology State license as Speech‑Language Pathologist Department of Education licensure as an SLP National ASHA certification CT licensing as required by state DE CCC preferred CF‑SLP placement may be available Experience working with children Experience in a school setting preferred but not required Strong organizational and time‑management skills Proficiency with technologyFingerprint background clearance Strong collaboration skills with school staff and parents Physical Requirements Employees must be able to perform necessary physical movements such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities while adhering to district duties.
