Perform preventive maintenance inspections and system tune-ups. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Evaluate equipment performance and identify repair solutions. Educate customers on repair options, system upgrades, and replacement opportunities. Clearly document service findings, recommendations, and completed work for customers and management. Prepare accurate invoices and service records. Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
