What you’ll do • Lead and develop the operations team, setting clear priorities and ways of working • Oversee stockroom organisation and product flow to ensure efficient replenishment • Manage deliveries, stock processing and replenishment across the store • Monitor stock accuracy, inventory processes and compliance with company standards • Use data and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce stock loss • Plan and manage team rostering aligned with trading needs • Work closely with Store Management to support overall store performance What we’re looking for • Experience leading a team within stockroom, operations or inventory-focused retail roles • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment • Confidence managing processes, systems and operational standards • Ability to analyse data and make decisions that improve performance • A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams • Availability to work a full-time roster (38 hours per week), including weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays • Applicants must have full Australian working rights Why join us • 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands • Clear pathways to grow your career across stores and the wider business • Opportunity to lead, develop and shape a high-performing team • Access to leadership development and ongoing training • Birthday leave and anniversary rewards Our approach We see fashion as a way to express identity and create change, and every store is shaped by the people in it.
