Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Goshen Medical Center, you will:

  • Conduct detailed assessments of families and individuals, developing tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

  • Facilitate therapy sessions for couples while also engaging in individual therapy sessions with each partner.

  • Address a broad range of challenges including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief, conflicts among family members, and issues stemming from blended family dynamics.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches to guide clients through their mental health journeys.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and standards.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies that enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will benefit a wide range of clients, including both adults and children/adolescents. You will work with families experiencing challenges such as job stress, medical issues, adjustment difficulties related to transitions like separation or divorce, and interpersonal conflicts. Compensation and Benefits\n
