Maintenance Technician

Experience/Requirements: • Good driving record • Experience with maintenance and construction required. Multi-unit experience preferred. • Basic understanding of building maintenance systems including electrical.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently.
• Outstanding customer service skills. • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays- based on business needs. • Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds. • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel. • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must live within one of the service areas mentioned. You will start your day from the closest store to you, and travel to locations as needed. Company vehicle provided.
