Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Active Colorado Department of Education certificate
• SLP-CCC preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidates considered
• Demonstrated experience or robust knowledge of IEP processes
• Confidence in conducting assessments and delivering individualized therapy services
• Track record of monitoring and documenting student progress toward established goals
• Familiarity with supporting or supervising SLPAs is a plus
• Preference for applicants with ELL training, an ESL endorsement, or Linguistically Diverse Education (LDE) credentials

Responsibilities:

• Serve one school site (Riverdale Elementary) in Thornton, Colorado, with a caseload focused on an Intensive Pre-school Classroom
• Implement assessment protocols, deliver direct services, and contribute actively to IEP meetings
• Support measurable growth in language and communication skills among preschool-aged students
• Offer guidance and support to SLPAs as needed, fostering a cohesive and effective service model
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to create engaging, individualized interventions
