Location: Irvine / Los Angeles, California
Salary: $200,000 – $325,000 depending on experience
Schedule: Primarily onsite (flexibility for personal commitments)
A top-tier California trial firm known for record-setting verdicts and high-stakes litigation is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (5–15 years) to join its team.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure employment defense matters, alongside elite trial lawyers handling some of the most significant cases in the market.
The Role
You will handle defense-side employment litigation, including:
• Wage & hour, PAGA, and FEHA matters
• Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
• Complex employment class actions
• Depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Case strategy from inception through resolution
This role offers significant exposure to high-stakes litigation and trial work, with the opportunity to play a key role in complex cases.

Requirements
• 5–15 years of employment litigation experience (defense-side)

• Strong trial and courtroom experience
• Licensed to practice law in California

• Experience with complex employment class actions
• Strong litigation track record and case ownership
• Stable career progression
