Shift: Mon-Fri 5P-8A onsite; Full weekend coverage 7A-7P & 7P-7A onsite
Hours/week: 40+
Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
Licensure/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in MA, BLS, NRP (preferred)
Experience: Prior NICU or critical care experience required

What You ll Do:

Provide specialized neonatal or critical care services to newborn patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor patient status and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently
Support family education and communication as needed

What You Need:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
Minimum 2 years of NICU or critical care experience
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Certifications: BLS required; NRP preferred but not mandatory

About the Assignment:
This assignment is at a prominent facility in Worcester, Massachusetts, providing 24/7/365 neonatal intensive care coverage. The role involves both on-site day and night shifts, including weekend responsibilities, designed to ensure continuous patient support and team collaboration.
