Customer Success Advocate: Drive Adoption & Insights

AlphaSense in Chicago is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support clients day-to-day through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. You will guide new users through onboarding, help current users build productive habits, and surface early signs of low usage so the team can act.
