CALL CENTER TECH SPECIALIST

Job Details Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK Position Type: Full Time Job Category: Customer Service Shift: 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Jasco is looking for Consumer Care Specialists that want to go above and beyond for our customers! Responsibilities Serve customers with excellence by striving to exceed expectations while providing technical support for our products. Handle customer phone calls and troubleshoot problems, answer general questions, and resolve all other consumer issues. Receive training on all Jasco products, including universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices. Act as a platform for customers to give product feedback and help make improvements to products, packaging, and manuals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service/call center experience required. Fluent in Spanish is a plus. Working knowledge of consumer electronics. Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
