**Experience:** - 1-2 years minimum experience required. - MUST have experience in a large L&D unit/facility. - Preferred experience in Trauma Level I and required experience in Trauma Level II. **Certifications Required:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - AWHONN Advanced and Intermediate certifications are marked with an asterisk, indicating some importance. **Licensure:** - NM license can pend at the time of submission. **Skills Required:** - Circulate and Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) skills required. - Must have experience with 3s/4s in postpartum, baby nurse, and meconium deliveries. - Baby Nurse (Baby Catcher), Breastfeeding Support/lactation support, Circulate for C-section, Episiotomy/Incisional Care, Fundus/lochia/perineum care, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Mother/Baby care, Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns, Triage of obstetrical patients, Use of External Fetal Monitoring. **Special Procedures/Unit Details:** - Experience with Cerclage, Version, C/S, PPTL, External and Internal Monitoring, AROM, medically assisted deliveries, C-hyst, neonatal palliative care, Nitrous, massive transfusion protocol, malignant hyperthermia. **Patient Age Groups:** - Neonates, Adolescents, Adults **Charting System:** - Experience with Cerner preferred. **Shift Details:** - 12-hour shifts; 36 or 48-hour contracts available. - On-call required; specifics depend on contract. **Eligibility and Other Requirements:** - Travel experience is not required but is necessary for ER. - No locals within 100 miles. - COVID-19 Vaccine is optional, but flu vaccine is required with exemptions. - A 6-month break required after 1 year or 4 consecutive contracts. - Maximum 7 days Request Time Off (RTO) preferred with more needing approval. **Additional Training:** - Travelers without MOAB certification must pass an in-person MOAB training during orientation.
