Team Lead

The Team Lead is a high-level leadership position responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring that the restaurant’s mission aligns with Chick-fil-A’s core values and standards. They’rethe face of Chick-fil-A, embodying the mission statement ofWinning Hearts Everyday. This role involves managing a team, optimizing business performance, and fostering a positive, productive workplace culture. This role ensures that Chick-fil-A’s high standards for quality, efficiency, and service are met. A Team Lead’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members.
