Status: Full-Time Location: Lyons, New York Relocation: Relocation Assistance Available Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 Position Overview A growing outpatient healthcare practice is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join a newly established clinical team. This opportunity offers the chance to play an important role in launching and developing a new practice while delivering high-quality care to patients in the community. The selected candidate will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff, support the development of clinical workflows and protocols, and help create an exceptional patient experience in a new care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based clinical care in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
• National Certification (NCCPA or applicable certification).
• Valid DEA license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Minimum of 3,000 hours of direct clinical experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills.
