Customer Support with Spanish

• Contacting Spanish-speaking business clients (via email and phone)
• Handling orders and providing day-to-day customer support
• Cooperating with the warehouse in Spain to organize shipments
• Preparing sales offers and documents
• Supporting the sales team in daily tasks
• Cooperating with other departments within the company

What we are looking for:

• A communicative person who is open to learning
• Good command of Spanish and English (minimum B2/C1 level – both spoken and written)
• Someone who is well organized and enjoys working as part of a team
• Experience in customer service, sales, or B2B will be an advantage, but is not required
