Supervisory Human Resources Specialist

Duties
Supervises employees, assigns work, establishes priorities, monitors performance, and ensures timely accomplishment of mission requirements.
Plans, organizes, and directs program operations, establishing goals, priorities, work schedules, and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.
Provides full supervisory oversight, including performance management, employee development, recognition, and resolution of conduct and performance issues.
Makes or recommends selections, promotions, assignments, disciplinary actions, and other personnel actions, with recommendations carrying significant weight.
Evaluates program operations, identifies workforce and resource requirements, and implements solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and mission outcomes.
Represents the organization with internal and external stakeholders, coordinates program activities, and travels as required, up to 35% of the time.
