Position Overview

• Outpatient clinic coverage supporting primary care, acute episodic care, wellness, and prevention for employees and eligible family members
• Occupational medicine and workers compensation experience is required; DOT certification is preferred (as noted)
• Providers must be able to see ages 2 and up

Clinical Scope

• Primary care and acute episodic care in an outpatient clinic
• Occupational medicine and workers compensation evaluations and follow ups
• Pre employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, and occupational testing as needed
• Minor procedures such as suturing and splinting may be required
• EMR experience preferred (as noted)

Required Qualifications

• NP, PA, or MD or DO (per Order)
• Active Florida license
• DEA required
• National certification for NP or PA; board certified or board eligible as required for physician candidates (as noted)
• Occupational medicine and workers compensation experience
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
