Key Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Arizona Teaching Certification
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, or willingness to obtain one
• Experience in school-based settings or strong interest in working with students (SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY both welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress
• Document sessions, progress, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Offer therapy both individually and in small group settings, supporting students across a variety of grades and needs
