Senior Associate of Direct Hire

Ascendion is growing our office in Irvine, CA and looking for a Senior Associate of Direct Hire! This is a hybrid role. We have a great name in the industry and picking up new clients is easy! This is a perfect opportunity to work with an incredible recruiting team that'll support your roles so you can focus on your client relationships.
This is your opportunity to join a very high-producing group that averaged $220K per desk amongst 3 different teams in the first 2 months of Q2 and the quarter is still going!!
What you'll be doing:
- Focus more on bringing in new accounts AND account management
- Bring on roles in Legal, Technology (all sectors) and Construction
- Mentor our recruiters (we have a recruiting team that supports you)
- Our average performer billed $500k last year
The experience you need to be successful in this role:
- 3+ years of experience running a full-desk (sales and recruiting)
- Minimum annual billing of $400K (permanent /direct hire billing )
- Previous staffing experience is a must
- Meeting with clients virtually or take them to lunch or go golfing!
- Great attitude

- The annual salary + commission range for this position is between $70,000 – $400,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
