Job Title: Part Time Line Cook
Join the dynamic and vibrant team at Highball! We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill our Line Cook position.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and cooking of menu items in accordance with Highball's quality and service standards.
- Ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients and dishes.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
- Assisting other cooks during the food assembly process.
- Managing and organizing the kitchen and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity for food presentation.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
